Cold Creek Mountain Bikers
Mission Statement
The ultimate goal of CCMTB is to expand our local trail network and provide greater trail diversity on Larch Mountain. Our understanding with D.N.R. stipulates that if we organize, adopt and maintain the existing trails we use, that discussions will begin on where and how new, more user specific, challenging/technical trails can be put into place on the mountain.
Who we are, why we exist
CCMTB is comprised of local cyclists who ride everything from cross country to downhill, and anything in between!! The overall goal of the club is to establish an up to date, downhill/free-ride specific trail on Larch Mountain. We have also adopted the Cold Creek trail, also located on Larch Mountain, which has been the traditional route for cross country, downhill, hikers and horse traffic in the area. As you could imagine, with all of these users on the same trail, user conflicts have arisen and it is our goal to limit these conflicts with the creation of a DH specific trail.
