The Cairns event of the 2014 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup brought together top mountain bikers from around the world for a muddy eliminator match. Riders were faced with big rocks, thick roots, and steep terrain along with a series of step-downs and drops which demanded some seriously technical riding.
