The 3rd annual Ride to Defeat ALS will be held Saturday, July 12th in charming Mt. Angel, Oregon. Starting at the Mt. Angel Community Festhalle, this year’s fully supported ride offers routes of 25, 50, 62 and 100 mile challenges, as well as a 3 mile Family Fun Ride. Each course winds through picturesque Oregon scenery featuring the covered bridges, waters and rural farmland of Mt. Angel and Silverton, Oregon. Mouth-watering strawberry shortcake, a delicious lunch, and great entertainment awaits you at our rest stops and at our exciting Finish Line Celebration.

The Ride To Defeat ALS welcomes cyclists of all ages and abilities. The team of staff and volunteers at the ALSA are excited to have the cycling community clip in and pedal for those living with Lou Gehrig’s disease. Riding for those that have lost the ability to is both an act of compassion and a significant way to support the goal of defeating ALS.
