The second day of the 2014 Crankworx Whistler centered around the Speed and Style contest, which combined the speed of a dual-slalom race with the style points of a slopestyle competition. This year’s course featured some serious jumps that just a few short years ago could have been standard on many slopestyle courses. The top eight finishers from last year’s competition were pre-qualified for today’s event, ultimately facing off against the top eight finishers from this afternoon’s qualifiers.
