This free legal clinic led by attorney Ray Thomas covers Oregon bicycle and pedestrian laws, insurance information, and what to do if you’re in a crash. A Q&A session will follow, and all attendees will receive a free copy of Thomas’ book, “Pedal Power: a Legal Guide for Oregon Cyclists.”
