Scappoose Trails Update from the N.W.T.A.

Thank you for getting the word out and respecting the Scappoose trail system closure over the last couple of months due to fire danger. However, with the recent rains the trails are now OPEN!! We received word from the land owner (Weyerhaeuser) that the trails on both sides of Rocky point road are open to Mt Biking, Hiking, and now Hunting. Though we don’t see that many hunters up there, they are allowed to hunt so please be aware and wear bright clothing. Also probably not a good time to wear the antler helmet over the next few months. 🙂
