Date: Sunday, December 7th, 2014
Time: 9:00am – 2:00pm
NW Trail Alliance (NWTA) will be sending 4 teams of volunteers to key project sites fine-tune NEW trail improvements that were recently built by IMBA’s Trail Solutions expert trail builder, Jason Wells.
This will be a great opportunity to get a close look at the new features being built in November and be part of their final shaping.
To accomplish all the work needed, we need 40 to 50 volunteers.
This will be our last trail project for the season. So lets make it count.
Our efforts will be enhanced by the additional support of the BLM and multiple event sponsors.
RSVP now!!! so we can properly prepare and plan for the days activities (tools, equipment, food, and…)
SCHEDULE
8:45 AM – Meet at SRT parking lot
9:00 AM – Introduction and divide into teams
9:15 AM – Travel to various project sites
2:00 PM – Report back to SRT parking Lot
Following the trail work, volunteers will have an opportunity to get a shuttle to the top for a ride or stay for BBQ with fellow NW Trail Alliance members. And as a bonus…. there will be a raffle of donated swag for the people who volunteer.
