Riders from around the west descended on Tamarack to test their mettle at this inaugural venue. The race consisted of two courses. Category 3 riders spent their time on the smooth tracks and berms of Super G and Show-Low. Category 2, 1 and Pro riders took to a more difficult course on Rock Star, Exit Stage Right and Show-Low.

All riders finished at the base of the mountain which included a vendor village, restaurant and pumping music.
