Here’s a little BTS of a shot we created for Diamondback Bikes (swipe to see the finished shot.) We started by tracking the bike in After Effects, creating a null object from that information. We then made everything 3D and attached a camera to that tracking information in the null. This ultimately makes it feel like the camera is locked to the bike, and gives it a somewhat surreal feel. Once we had the camera in we reframed (at a lower frame size) the shot to focus on the bike and suspension. . . . @mikejhopkins @diamondbackbike @scott_secco @keithwhiteaudio . . . #vfx #aftereffects #commercial #shotonred #bike #butter
