Good Afternoon people of the NW!

Is this a shameless plug? Maybe. But I think some of you will like this anyways so lets give it a shot.

Race Cascadia is partnering with Friends of Capitol Forest this year to bring back The Capitol Forest Classic. Three Days of Bike Racing out of the Fall Creek Trail Head.

August 9th: Friday Night Super D on Little Larch Mountain Trail.

3 hours to get as many laps as you’d like. Only the fastest counts.

August 10th: Classic Cross Country. We’re bringing XC back to Cap with a poker run (8 miles), a short course (15~miles), and a long course (25-30 miles).

August 11th: Enduro. Both team formats (Three people per team) and individual formats. This isn’t your average enduro. The costume contest might very well be more competitive than the race!

You can come race, volunteer, or just spectate. But you should come.
