Is riding MTB down the trail actually “practicing” or does it require some additional focus? Although we teach all sorts of flat ground skills that are easy to repeat, not everyone wants to put the time and effort into that style of practice.
This week I got a brand new bike, the Marin Alpine Trail 1, and I took it out for a ride to demonstrate how we can mix skills practice with trail riding.
