Bear Springs Trap Happening this Sunday, May 4

Hello OBRA Friends!
We’re looking good for the 2025 Bear Springs Trap XCthis Sunday, May 4!
This classic mountain bike race features two race courses: the 28-mile Epic XC long course and the 20-mile Big XC standard course. We’re also offering a new Fun Ride this year, where riders can experience the trails while skipping the four-mile starting loop that both race courses will use.
The course condition is the best it’s been in years. The trails used for this race were updated last year, and once again, cleared this year—every last mile of them! Expect dry, but raw trails this weekend, along with mild temps and sun.
Our goal is to get 150 racers and riders out on these fresh trails on Sunday, and we truly appreciate your support, patience and loyalty while we organized this race, which we love so much.
We hope to see you at Bear Springs Trap!
—Team S&M and Hurricane Racing Crew
