Hello Trail Lovers,

We want to share some important Post Canyon trail status’ before you plan your weekend riding events. As you are all aware, both the weather and trail conditions are dynamic in the PNW, and not aways in sync. At this time of the year, there are several trail systems that handle the freeze\thaw and muddy conditions exceptionally well. Post Canyon is not one of them. Hence, HRATS would like to appraise you of the current status to help you best enjoy your riding this weekend.

As always, please use this map as a reference for current Post Canyon closures: Hood River County Trail Closures

As of today:

• All trails below Family Man are closed
• There is still snow above Upper Grand Prix
• Bad Moto Scooter should be ridden with caution as there may be on-going trail work and may have closures on Saturday

This really leaves only a handful of trails open in the Post Canyon System. Those would include Family Man proper, 8-Track, Remix, A/B Side and Bad Moto Scooter (Sunday)
