Hello Trail Lovers,
Please see the following note about upcoming work parties from Hood River County Forestry.
Moto Trail-133
Ride season is on pause, but build season is still going strong. We need your help building the 2nd phase of the new single-track Moto Trail-133 (map attached). Let’s get this trail ready for the Fall. Come help build new single-track in our Northwest Trail System. Community support is one of the most important factors in any trail system. Work parties are one of the best ways to help maintain and grow the moto system and contribute new trail concepts. The details are:
Dates: Saturday, August 15th and September 5th
Time: 9 am start to 2 pm
Work site: Moto Trail-133 Phase 2
Meeting site: Post Flats Staging Area
Please bring: Water, snacks, proper footwear, gloves, trail building attire, EpiPen (if needed)

We need all the help we can get, so spread the word, and if you can only show up for an hour or two, that’s okay. We will meet at Post Flats Staging on both dates at 9 am. The Forestry OHV staff has an abundance of tools to provide, but feel free to bring along your favorite McLeod, rake, and/or brushing equipment. Please feel free to direct comments or questions to this email. We will ensure the proper parties receive these.
Thank you,
Happy Trails,
HRATS
